My Bonus Experience Weekend Plan
Well, as you probably know by now, the next Bonus Experience Weekend starts tomorrow (Sept 9th - 12th) so I am going to be Runecrafting like a mad man. Because the bonus experience only comes around once every six months, I don't want to miss out on the opportunity to get loads of xp. If you want to craft some runes with me and chill, you will be able to find me at the Z.M.I. Altar *Shudders* in world 70. Also, you could chat with me and my clan (Mutinous Rcers), which is open to all guests and is recruiting, so feel free to join me anytime.
Hope I don't get Zombified. O_o

I R Back
I've been so caught up with my new classes that I forgot about my blog for a good while. Fortunately, I've just remembered it and will be making new posts regularly. Just to give you a quick update on things, I've recently gotten 95 Ranged and 95 Runecrafting and now plan to start going to the ZMI altar in preperation of the upcoming Bonus Experience Weekend that will last from the 9th to the 13th this month. You might already know that I absolutely despise the ZMI altar, but I can't let an opportunity like BXPW slip by - It's only twice a year, after all.
Out side of RS, I've recently begun my Sophomore year at my university and it has already proven as exciting as I thought. Most of them are still Gen Ed classes, but I have taken three that are either directly related to my major, accounting, or are classes recommended to me by a few proffessors that are supposed to be very helpful for an accountant.
Anyway, I've only got about 5 minutes to get to my next class now, so I'll make another post later today.
Take it easy everyone.

2011 Fall Semester Around the Corner
Well, my Sophomore year is coming around, about two weeks from now, so I'm preparing for some of my classes by reading up on some books I still have. I'm really looking forwards to my next Accounting class and I was lucky enough to get the professor I had last time. However, there is one class that I just know I'm going to hate... Biology. I've always hated science class and I don't think that's about to change anytime soon. I don't know what it is about it, really. I think it's just that there is so much to it and so many difficult words to memorize. Still, I'm overall excited about going back to class soon.
Hmm... I really have to get back to my usual sleeping schedule.

93 Runecrafting & New Runescape Update
It's been a while since I've talked about RS. I've been Runecrafting for a good while and am now lvl 93 which allows me to assist up to lvl 93 effigies. However, I haven't been training it very much recently, aside from effigies and peng points. I'm more interested in getting 80 slayer so that I can wield the Abyssal Vine Whip when it comes out soon. The new whip is obtainable by killing a new slayer monster (80 slayer required) which has a chance to drop a vine that you can attach to your whip. This vine will increase the whip's stats, add a new special attack, and even add poison, so I'm really looking forward to getting it.
Note:
Sorry for the shitty writing. I'm in a rush :O Also, it's hot as fuck atm.

Gotta Love Netflix :)
A few weeks ago, I used a free one-month subscription for Netflix but didn't actually use it often in the start. To be honest, I nearly forgot that I had a subscription for a while... until I cracked open my old Film Appreciation book (Couldn't sell most of my books so I just kept them) and started to read through a few chapters. Ever since, I usually watch a movie or an episode of Nip/Tuck a day to help pass the time. Recently, I've watched Kick-Ass and Memento which are both very great movies.
You may have seen a few commercials on Kick-Ass and thought it was just another lame ass comic book movie, like I did, but you would be dead wrong. Within the first minute of the film, I was laughing my ass off and I knew that I was going to enjoy it. The movie itself is a mock-super-hero movie/drama, but not your average one. It's much more profane and violent than what you might be used to, but it does give the same message to the audience as Spider-Man or Batman does.
You would recognize many of the actors which include: Nicholas Cage, that guy from Super Bad (McLovin), that one dude from the Hot-tub Time Machine (kid who starts to disappear),, the girl from Let Me In, and that tall kid with curly hair from Drill-bit Taylor.
Memento was also amazing. It's about a man named Lenord (played by Guy Pierce ) who suffers from a short-term memory condition which he got after a head injury when he tried to save his wife from being murdered. Because of his condition, he can not form new memories and so he must keep constant notes of everything he does and who he meets. Throughout the story, he tries to track down and kill the man who killed his wife and hit him in the head which caused his condition.
This film was probably one of the most unique movies I have ever seen in my life. It is a one-of-a-kind movie that will probably be watched a hundred years from now. It's so unique because the plot is not linear in that it starts at the end and works its way back, but that's not all. Each segment leads into the segment you just finished watching and allows the viewer to feel just how Lenord does by them not knowing what preceded each segment (I.E. Short-Term memory loss). Also, there are essentially two halves to the plot: one starts in the beginning of the story and is in black and white, while the other half starts at the end and is in color. Eventually, at the end (technically the beginning) these two halves meet and the view finally discovers what has been going on with Lenord.
Anyway, this film was nominated for many awards and won the award for best editing. If you're looking for a great way to kill some time, check out the film Memento; you won't be disappointed.

Customizable Profanity Filter
I've noticed that Jagex has given players the ability to deactivate their Proffanity filters. I think that is pretty neat, but it means players are vulnerable to racist, secist, and other highly offensive remarks. Yes, all of this can be avoided by keeping the Proffanity Filter activated, but that would mean players missing out on the new freedom of turning off the filter to have a lively conversation with friends. Players must decide which extreme end they prefer to stick with and to cope with any and all constraints or problems that come with it. What is needed is a middle ground, something that will allow players to experience what both extreme ends of the Profanity Filter have to offer. A customizable filter will both provide freedom and protection to Runescape players, as well as allowing clans to better enforce their rules regarding offensive language in the clan chat.
The great thing about the ability to deactivate the profanity filter is that it allows players to have a lively conversation with friends and to accurately express how you feel about something. This is a major step for Jagex in their progression from being known as a 'kiddie game' to one that can be enjoyed by older and more mature audiences, and they are continuing to take these steps with each release of new content. However, we must acknowledge the fact that there are still young players who shouldn't be exposed to the profainities that is often seen with the fitler disabled and that some people would like a middle ground between having a fitler or none at all.

This middle ground is the ability to customize our own personal profanity filter to block or unblock specific words. The benefits are clear. Players who wish to leave the filter activiated but still have some leway could unblock words of their choosing while players who wish to deactivate their filters but still want protection from some profanities could block out those certian words. Lest we forget, Clans can also benefit from a customizable profanity fitler. One such way a clan would benefit from this is that leaders would have the ability to block certian words from being spoken in their clan chat, thus allowing the filter to do some of the rule enforcing for them.
Runescape is an ever-evolving game that has changed drastically from its beginings and is now moving towards more mature players, but still provides options for its younger players. Jagex, the creators of Runescape, is making this transformation slowly, taking one step at a time, and has now granted its players the option to disable their profanity filters, but hasn't yet provided an option for those who want a middle ground between having the filter activiated or completely disabled. The customizable profanity filter is this middle ground and will provide frreedom and protection to Runescape players, as well as allowing clans to better enforce their rules regarding offensive language in the clan chat. The ability to customize one's filter will allow Jagex to much better cater to both their young and more mature players. It's as Guthix says, "Balance and moderation in all aspects of life."

Staking Results
Well, I tried my hand out at staking in the Duel Arena yesterday and here are the results.
1. Normal Fight - 50k - Win
2. Box Match - 100k - Win
3. No Arm Ranged - 200k - Win
4. Rematch ^ - (200k) - Lose
5. Box Match - 100k Win
6. DDS/Whip Match - (200k) - Lose *
7. Whip/DDS - (200k) - Lose **
8. Normal Fight - (1m) - Lose
----------------------------------------
¤ Net Decrease in Cash = (1,150,000) GP
* I'm new to the whole staking thing and I didn't expect what happend here. This girl and I were supposed to be doing a whip/dds match with no armour, but she pulled a fast one by switching to a Staff of Light and using its shield special ensuring her an easy win.
** I wised up here and bought a SOL of my own, but I lagged in the begining and died before I could switch to my staff.

Staking?
I've seen, heard, and read about staking in the Duel Arena and it seems like a good way to make gold. However, I'm a low risk person and so I tend to avoid staking so this would be a change in pace for me. I'll probably give it a few goes soon to test the waters.
91 Runecrafting within reach and Death Hats
I've still been Runecrafting and I'm only 14k experience from 91 now, but I've decided to take a break. There's a new update that brought two new items into the game which are PvP themed. They're the Death and Duelling Hats which both keeps track of your statistics and allows you to boast them to your friends and enemies alike.
These new hats transform as you get more and more kills in either the Wilderness (Wildstalker Hat) or the Duel Arena (Duelist Hat) and look amazing. While I think these new hats are pretty neat, there are some things that I don't like about them. One being that these new hats will likely cause PvPers to flock to the Wild in the masses, some of which will be looking for cheap, quick kills i.e. Abyssal Runecrafters. Also, I sense that there will be boosters who will bring a buddy to kill in the wildy or duel arena in order to obtain the upper tiers of the hats.

Looking for a summer job
I've been trying to find a Summer Job lately, but nobody seems to be hiring around here. Fortunately, my friend is going to quit his job soon and will tell me when so I could be the first to apply.
Lake is Flooded
The lake nearby has flooded with all the rain that we had recently. There's only a five foot clearing under the bridge that passes over it...this is the worst it has ever been that I can remember.

Finals Week! :D
Yup....it's that time again folks. The dreaded Finals Week is coming up soon, so you better start hitting the books. Here's a list of my Finals...
1.) English Composition II - In-class Compare and Contrast essay between the play and movie A Midsummer's Night Dream.
2.) Personal Financial Planning - A presentation detailing the final four chapters in our textbooks.
3) Introduction to Financial Accounting - A test covering the last three chapters.
4.) Film Appreciation - Not sure, probably a test and/or an essay over the last movie we will watch and a test over the last chapter in our book.
5.) World Regional Geography - Test and Map Quiz over South East Asia.
6.) American History Since Civil War - Not sure, probably a test over the last few chapters (The professor takes enjoyment out of our misery, when the tests cover 4-5 chapters at once).
Well, I'm going to have a blast. Do you have any Finals coming up? If so, what are they?

Rain Much??
This past week, it rained ALOT. It seemed as if it was raining every day for hours at a time and it only got worse during the weekend. From Friday till now, it has been raining and refuses to let up. I'm actually amazed that we're not flooded or anything, but I suppose the drainage pipes hav done their job which is good.
On top of the rain, we had a Tornado Warning Saturday night and the power went out for a good while (I use a laptop so Runescape was still going :D) which was pretty scary. I found out this morning that the nearby airport was hit, only parts of its roof was dammaged, and an entire row of houses was demolished. Hopefully, they had adequate insurance.

Wanna NoLyfe? Here's How!
Well, I was searching the Runescape Forums and I discovered a thread called A Real "Nolife" Guide. I thought it would be an interesting read, and so I checked it out. The creator is an experienced "NoLyfer" who has offered his tips on how to most effeciently play Runescape (or any other activity for that matter) for long periods of time. Among his most important tips is to keep stocked up on cold water (He makes a point to avoid energy drinks), and cold sandwiches. Also, he recommends that you eat fruits because their natural sugars provide the energy that you need without the mess and are overall healthier than other things like Hot-Pockets.
Anyway, I just wanted to share this thread with you guys. Whether you wish to learn how to be a pro NoLyfe or just want to enjoy an interesting read, this thread is definately worth a look.

Orange Spicy Stews?
I'm getting closer to 90 Runecrafting (about 20% there) and I had a good idea while training. Perhaps I should collect a bunch of stews and orange spice, along with some restore pots, that way I could assist some effigies by boosting my lvl.

Lmao!
Someone in my clan chat was talking about Herblore. This particular person was the head of Ultimate Farming & Herblore and was talking about a recent delivery he made today. He said that a customer had private messaged him asking for Saradomin Brews and that he "Had the money." The person in my clan responded "I have the Pot(s)."
Lol, just thought I'd share that with you guys.

Applying accounting to Runescape & The Ultimate Corporation (my clan)
I've decided that I''m going to start applying things that I have learned in accounting to Runescape. I'll start off small by only creating an Income Statement which will help me keep track of my expenses, revenues, and ultimately my profits. Also, this would be good for keeping track of my customers in my clan. To do this, I'll just use a basic Excel program on my computer. Hopefully, I still remember how to work that thing.
If you're at all interested in this business/skilling clan I'm in, then check out our main webpage
Also, if you like Runecrafting, then check out Ultimate Runecrafting, which is the branch of The Ultimate Corporation that I operate. We also have other branches such as Ultimate Woodcutting/Fletch, Mining/Smith, Fishing/Cook, and even Farming/Herblore.
The Corporation is a great clan to be in, if you love skilling or just enjoy the company of others. We have loads of members (42 and counting) and host fun events usually each weekend for all to join.

Shakespear, Clockwork Orange, Sickness, and my attempts at Herblore
Recently, for my Comp class, I've been reading Shakespear's Midsummer's Night Dream which is alright. It's pretty old timey and a little too Brittish, so it's often difficult to get the occasional joke or to fully understand what's going on, but it's atleast interesting. One thing that is annoying is that all the characters have Greek names and some of them are very similar to others, so I get the mixed up alot. This play reminds me of some Soap Opra, with all the lovers and constant change of who loves who - of which my professor agrees.
Oh, instead of watching Slingblade, we were going to start on Clockwork Orange, which I was looking forwards to, but it was already checked out of the library...go figure. Anyway, we instead started watching Hellboy which isn't that bad actually. I've seen it before, but only bits and pieces so it's good to finally watch the whole thing. If you play Runescape, you might have noticed a recent Pirate quest that was released called "Clockwork Syringe." I'm taking a wild guess in saying that the fellows at Jagex based the quest title off this movie, which is based on the book.
Anyway, today I feel like a piece of dog feces that has been stomped on and ran over by a garbage truck. I've come down with some sort of thing that is making my throat burn like mad and my nose run like wild. Any recommended ways to help me relieve the pain?
In Runescape I decided to take a small break from Runecrafting and to blow my money on something, so I figured that I'd get my Herblore to lvl 65. I first started making Serum 207s, but I bought grimy Tarromin and gave up cleaning them about 1/8th of the way and sold them so I could buy clean ones. Afterwards, I began adding those herbs to the vials of water...gave up and bought Tarromin Potions (Unf) instead. Lol, I can't stand doing the same thing for so long. Anyway, I made about 1k potions out of the 4k I needed then decided it was too slow for me. Soo.... I sold all my unfinished potions and instead bought unfinished Kwuarm Potions and Limpwurt Roots to make Super Strength potions. A little over an hour later (managing to stay awake while doing this was an amazing accomplishment for me :P) I finally reached 65 Herby and called it a night. However, I decided to rebuy my Santa Hat before going to bed.
Anyone out there have tips for training Herblore with a balance between cost and speed?

Lazy People: The Scourge of the Earth
Yes, that's right, Lazy People are infact the Earth's tormentors. For far too long, people have suffered the consenquences of those who would rather sit around eating Bonbons all day than to do what they said they would, when they said they would.
You may be wondering "What the hell is Joe going on about?" and the answer is this. Today, my Personal Financial Planning professor handed out our first Group Project that we did a long while ago (Took him long enough) and we were shocked when we saw the grade... 54%. As we read through the paper, we quickly discovered the reason for the shameful score. One of our group members had not once shown up for our meetings and never contributed in the slightest. Because of this, we suffered major penalties for the unanswered questions on our assignment that she had asked us to save for her.
As you can guess, she had excuses flying out at warp speeds such as.. "My grandma died," "I was in the emergency room," "I was having a surgery," "My alarm clock wasn't working," "Work,"...generally, the list is composed of your average lame ass excuse that may or may not be true.
Here's a piece of advice for you guys. Never, no matter what, count on a lazy peice of shit to do anything they say they would. Even if you have some remote feeling that maybe, just maybe, they will wake up and actually do something, do NOT trust them.
Now...let's take a look at the natural habbitat of your typical Slacker.
Your everyday Slacker starts off the morning with the alarm clock ringing (Assuming they bothered to set it in the first place) and will slowly inch their hand to the Snooze Button. After the fifth time or so, they will eventually get out of bed because the sun is in their eyes. They WILL skip a shower and any other sort of personal hygein upkeeping and will head straight to the kitchen.
Once there, they will get a Hot-Pocket and place it in the microwave. However, being true to the Lazy People's Creed, they will half ass do this and only cook it for half the time needed. They will take their half frozen pizza and quickly realise that they are late for class. Still, this doesn't bother them and they instead head to their computer to hop on Facebook or something. Once at the computer, they will forget any and all obligations they had and will instead watch Youtube untill it's time to go to work. You must be thinking "Work? I didn't know the Lazy person works." It's understandable why you think so, as they do avoid any work they can get away with, but they must ' Earn ' a living somehow.
After arriving 45 minutes late to work, they'll get their asses chewed by their co-workers, bosses, and pretty much anyone that comes in contact with them to stop being such a slacker and do something. At break, they will mope over to the corner, smoke something (either a cig or some drugs) and stare into the distance, wondering why they are still working at McDonalds as a busboy.
Several hours filled with whining later, they will return home where they will kick off their shoes (if they're lvl 99 Lazy, they won't even bother), collapse on the couch from a "Day's Hardwork" snack on some potato chips, and fall asleep on the couch while Animal Planet.
The entire process will repeat itself, starting with waking up on the couch to the sound of their alarm clock... assuming they haven't yet reached 99 Lazy and didn't bother to set it in the first place.
Crikey! That's one damn lazy creature.

Finished Pan's Labrinth
I forgot about this until just earlier.
Thursday, my Film Appreciation professor said that his copy of Pan's Labrinth was returned to him. And so, instead of starting Slingblade, we finished up the other movie. I'm glad we did so because it was actually Very good, despite being entirely in Spanish. I am fortunate enough to be able to understand alot of it it, but alteast there were subtitles so I could *Much* easier follow along. It would be worthwhile for you to rent it out, just make sure you put subtitles on if you don't speak Spanish.
We're supposed to start Slingblade tomorrow, but anything can happen.
Again, click the follow button, if you would like to keep up-to-date with my blog. There should be a button somewhere on the side --->

Spring Semester Draws to an End
Today is April 18th which means that I only have 14 days left (not including weekends) of class untill my semester ends on the 6th. It seems as if this year has flown by, but the ass load of work sure made it memorable, and I cannot wait untill the Summer.
I've already selected the classes I will be in for the Fall (Maybe next year I'll do a Summer semester) and have enrolled in them. I'm pretty eager for next semester because I will be taking another accounting class and a computer class (I'm not looking forwards to) which is a prerequsite for a class I want to take. Too bad I have to take "Computers in Modern Day Society" first.
I'm *This* close to 89 Runecrafting (about 10k Xp away) and can't wait till I hit 91. For the time being, I plan on crafting 55k Natures and will then decide if I should switch back to Astrals or not, depending on the prices of each rune.

Mummies, Zombies, Theifs, and Updates.
Yesterday, I finally completed the quest Missing my Mummy which was amazingly boring, despite having a Mummy in it. This means that I am one step closer to being able to use Curses. I only need to gain one more Theiving level, which is one of my least liked skills, gain seven more Kudos (which likely going to result in me doing some random quest), and complete The Curse of Arrav, before I can start The Temple at Sennistan.
In other news, Jagex released a new update for the Clan System which allows the clan leaders to create a Clan Homepage, customize a logo, advertise much easier, and even have their clans ranked on the Highscores. Also, a few ranks have been added, such as Novelty and Deputy Owner.
As there are many up sides to this, there are just as many downers. For instances, you cannot leave the clan chat without actually leaving the clan. If you do leave the clan and want to rejoin, you must physically meet one of the Owners and have them invite you (This is how recruiting now works). Also, you will be tormented by the massive spam of four chats at the same time; being Public Chat, Private Chat, Clan Chat, and Friends Chat. Another thing that is bothersome is, in order to speak in the clan chat, you must pres " / " twice. This gets VERY confusing because you must also press " / " to speak in the Friends Chat, but only once. The problem with using the same key is pretty obvious. However, Jagex has stated that are looking into people's complaints and criticisms, and are likely to change some things soon.... We'll see.
If you're a skiller, and enjoy the company of others (Although I can't say much for the quality of some), take a look at our clan homepage.

Movies, Movies, and more Movies.
Today, we finished watching The Color Purple which was okay, but not one of my favorites. It was based of the Novel with the same title, and the movie was very similar to the book. However, there were some obvious differences, such as the relationship between Celie and Shug being tonned down *Alot* in the movie.
Thursday, we're supposed to watch the film Slingblade which is a dark comedy starring Billy Bob Thorton. I'm very interested in watching this and eagerly awaiting my next class session in Film Appreciation. We were told that if this move didn't work out, we'll watch Clockwork Orange.

Hair, prayer, and quests...
Well, I finally got that haircut that I've been needing and glad I did so. My hair wasn't really long, just a bit shaggy, but it was itching my ears and HAD to go.
How long can you stand your hair getting?
___
In Runescape, I've recently decided that I wanted to get 71 prayer so I can unlock Piety and Reflect mellee... so I coughed up 11m and bought Infernal Ashes to get it.
Excited at finally getting lvl 71 prayer and thinking about how long I could now stay at the Waterfiends, I quickly looked at the quest to unlock the Curses and was shocked at what I saw... Sure, I knew that I needed to complete the Temple of (Whatever it's called) quest and even expected that I may need to lvl up some lame skill (turns out it was Theiving... damn) but I never expected that I needed to do another quest called Curse of Arrav ( I *Hate* questing, if you haven't guessed already). "Okay," I thought, "It's not that bad. I mean I only need to complete one more quest." Boy was I wrong...
Taking my time, I scrolled down the quest list and eventually found Curse of Arrav. I had done the previous quests related to it (Shield of Arrav and Defender of Varrock) and so I thought this quest would be easy to do...untill I saw the requirements. I need to do five more quests!!!!!!
So, I've already done Devious Minds and The Shades of Mortan (which I'm glad I did because I can now make Serum 207's), but I still need to do Missing my Mummy along with some other one of which I've forgotten the name of. I'll probably do the weird named one later today becacause I've heard it's on of the "Noob" quests and is relatively easy to do. I'm not too sure about the Mummy quest though because I haven't heard anything about it and haven't yet looked into it.
Wish me good luck with the quests, and have a nice day everyone.
... I can't help but think about all the Runecrafting experience I'm missing out on while questing. O_o

99 Construction or No?
I recently acheived 88 Runecrafting (Only three more levels to go!) and decided to make some plans on what I will do with the money I have. I spent about an hour or so researching, items I wanted and skills that I wanted to level before I found something that caught my attention.
I discovered that I currently have enough gold to afford 99 Construction, assuming that I use Oak Planks, and will have around 20m left over. I'm not very sure if I should go for 99 Construction because, if I do so, I can't get my money back so it will be a permanent choice. I need YOUR help!
Should I....
A) Go ahead and do it? It will be neat to say that I have 99 Construction.
B) Do it, but wait untill you have 91 Runecrafting so Ican get your money back quickly?
C) Don't bother with it. I should spend my gold on something that I can resell if I change my mind?
Any advice is welcomed.

Senior Vice President of AT&T Jim Epperson
Today I will be attending the Larry Adair Lecturship which is going to have Jim Epperson, the At&T Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications, speak. After the lecture, there will be a free luncheon for all those who attended.
I'm not too sure as to what Epperson will be speaking about, but my professors keep insisting that I go. How can I say no to free lunch?

Debate with a Geography Professor
I was sitting inmy World Regional Geography class bored, as usual, and taking notes untill someone behind me said something....
We were going over European colonialization of Africa and a student a few seats behind me asked why it was considered a bad thing that they destroyed an entire culture and enslaved thousands when it benefited the Europeans and could be a reason why we're so succesful today.
I was truly shocked that someone would blurt such a thing out in the middle of class. My professor and that student spent a good ten minutes argueing back and forth with the professor making the point that it was a bad thing because it ruined so many lives while the student argued that it was necessary for progression and that it required the cost of the Africans being conqured.
Personally, I take the side of my professor because, if you look at the state of cities in Africa, you would find that many of them are segregated with strong racial and religous tensions between the citizens.
Is it good to sacrifice the well-being of many to benefit a few?
Oh. Follow my blog, if you haven't already, for quick notification of when I make new posts. It's always good to stay informed.

Film Appreciation: Disappointing Today
You may be wondering why I am posting on a Thursday when I normally only do so on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The reason being so is that my Film Appreciation class was cancelled because someone had stolen the copy of the film we were watching.
We were supposed to finish watching a foreign film called Pan's Labyrinth which was filmed in Spain, directed by Guillermo del Toro, and is entirely in Spanish. However, it was stolen and class was was cancelled consequently.
Bummer... it was actually a very interesting movie.
Also, if you're at all interested in my blog, follow it so you can be up-to-date on my latest posts. I try to post atleast 1-3 times a week so my blog has new material often.

Elevators: An Awkward Moment
Today, as I was walking to class, I took the elevator with a group of people I was talking with to the sixth floor. We were having a lively conversation, discussing what we had planned for the week, Proffessor Evaluations, research projects, and whatever else we had on our minds...untill we went in the elevator.
We walked into the small cramped room and someone pushed the button labeled "6". Silently, we stood still and watched the doors close infont of us. Then nothing... we all just stood there, and waited while we zipped up to our destination without so much as a word. Everyone had their heads down, staring at the floor or the door, waiting. Waiting for those damn doors to open and release us from the elevator's death grip.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity even though it was only a few seconds, we made it to the sixth floor and stepped out. Once we were free, we resumed our conversation and headed to class.
Anyway... I want to know if any of you have experienced something similar to what I have. Also, is there a particular reason why the elevator forbids any conversation and eye contact while it carries its passengers to their chosen floor? Perhaps it's because of the cramped space and dim lighting. =/

Santa Hat
I can't remember if I posted this or not, but I bought a Santa Hat a few weeks ago. It's one of my favorite items and I try to use it whenever I can (I don't wear it while Runecrafting). However, I recently sold it and scored a 6m+ profit which I used to buy back my combat gear which consists of Bandos Chestplate, Bandos Tassets, Dragon Claws, Dragonfire Shield, and an Amulet of Fury.
Now that I have my combat stuff back, i've been killing Cockroach Soldiers for Crimson Charms in order to train my summoning to around lvl 69 (I really want to get a Fruit Bat). Currently, I'm lvl 65 Summoning and only a few levels off from my goal. Hopefully, I should have it soon....maybe I should slaughter me some Waterfiends or Rock Lobsters? =/
As you know, I love Runecrafting but I haven't done much of it lately. This is in part to the drastic price drops for various runes which is really cutting into my profits. Despite that, I still managed to acheive 87 Runecrafting a few days ago and so I only have four more levels to go untill I can craft double Natures. Experiece wise, I'm two-thirds of the way there which is kind of discouraging considering how long it has taken to get this far.
Well... that's all for now. Perhaps I'll remember what else I was going to write about, later today.
Take it easy folks.

What The Hell Happend?! (A thread of mine on Runescape)
I'm a Runecrafter and one of my favorite things to craft is Astral Runes. I can craft doubles which usually nets me a HUGE profit but recently Astrals have tanked in price. Because of this, I've had to switch to Nature Runes which I don't like crafting as much.
I know that Bonus Experience Weekend played it's part in killing prices for about everything, but damn... this is ridiculous. The current Market Price for Astral Runes is 112 Gold Pieces each. This 3gp below Pure Essense which is shocking to say the least. Fortunately, I can craft doubles and so I would still have the chance to make a slight profit.
Anyway, What the Hell happend to Astral Runes?
Will they go back up soon?
Post your thoughts,
Please.

Bonus Xp Weekend... What to do =/
It seems that there is another bonus xp weekend around the corner. I have around 25K Pure Essense left for rune crafting (Merched 100K) and so I'm deciding on what to use it for. My first thought is to just continue crafting Astral Runes and make loads of gold but then I remembered that the entire point of the xp weekend is to rack up more experience than usual. So I have decided that I will use my essense for ZMI crafting.
ZMI crafting is supposed to have the fasted xp rates, albiet being boring and not very profitable. I'm only 20K xp from 85 Rc and so I figure it would speed things up and allow me to get to 91 a little bit quicker.
I gave some thought to training magic or smithing but funneling gold into a skill isn't my favorite thing to do and seems like a waste to me.
What do you guys plan to do for Xp weekend?

A Bit of Research
Today, I've started researching the degree in Accounting that I've been pursuing and have found some very interesting things. I discovered that the atmosphere in which an accountant would work in is that of a very friendly and people based on. I would enjoy a working place like that because I'm a people person and enjoy meeting new people often.
I read through a book called Great Jobs for Accounting Majors ed II by Jan Goldberb which provided extreamly helpful tips on what to do after I graduate with my degree. It describes various ways to prepare resumes and things of that sort. Also, it had interviews with some people who have been an accountant for many years which is great to get a feel as to how the life of an accountant truly is.
I'm currently writing questions for a few interviews that I will conduct with some proffesors around my school who are working as an accountant. This will be very helpful to me in my pursuit of my degree and will allow me to get a better understanding of what actual accountants do.

Don't Go Into the Bathroom
"Don't Go In!" read the scrap piece of notebook paper taped on the door... I should have listened.
Nature was calling and I was desperate to answer so I opened the door and went on in. Instantly, I was greeted by the foulest stench that has ever crept forth from the bowels of hell and into my nostrils... someone had recently paid a visit to the Thunder Box and apparently didn't leave it in good condition. Begging for dear life, I quickly finished my business and stormed out of the bathroom as fast as I possibly could.
A little warning to everyone. Always listen to the anonymous piece of paper that is taped to a bathroom door warning you not to go in... unless you REALLY need to. You have been warned.

Young Frankenstein
I've finished watching the film Young Frankenstein, Tuesday. It was an amazing comedy which was riddled with moments that deserved hearty laughter. It was directed by Mel Brooks and theactor who plays the part as Dr. Frankenstein is Gene Wilder (The guy who played the original Willy Wonka). Also, Peter Boyle (The guy who plays the old dad in Everybody Loves Raymond) plays the part as the Frankenstein monster.
The film was created in the seventies but it's in black and white which makes it feel more like the classical version. If you're the type of person that can appreciate films, you may find it interesting that the lab equipment were mostly the originals from the 1931 classical film Frankenstein.
This film is great because it doesn't go overboard with the humor (like many of today's cheap lol ers) and the plot ties into the original book as well as the classical movie. The commedy isn't entireyly composed of cheap one liners either. Theres hilarious physical comedy
(Not restricted to the "Ow my Balls" junk) and the subtle changes in facial features which creates a uniqueness that forces you to chuckle.
Overall, it's a great movie that I would recommend you to watch.

Alas, I have done it!
Turned in that paper and a group project. That's a relieve. However, I now have another research paper for English. Will it ever end? Atleast this paper is interesting. It's a research paper over myself. Try this personality test. It's just a bunch of yes or no questions and the results will shockingly accurately describe you. It's interesting, to say the least.
On a side note, I've finally fixed my story A Wizard's Tale. It should be much easier to read now.

So Damn Frustrated Right Now...
I have been feeling ill this past week with multiple near due class assignments lurking around the corner. Yesterday, I finished a 7 Page Essay which is due today but the lightning must have shut my alarm clock off last night and so I missed my class. So today I had finished and turned in more work for my classes after my first one and I just now got back from my trip around campus looking for my proffesor. Usully, her office is in the building I am in now on the sixth floor. The cleaning crew was moping up the floor infront of the elevator and so I didn't want to mess up their work so I took the stairs. When I got to her office, I found a note on the door that said she was in a different building today...So I walked back down 6 floors again and went across campus to another building up to the third floor. I've never been on the third floor there before and so I got momentarily lost in that damn maze. Eventually, I found her office and to my suprise a different proffesor was inside and said that she had just recently left to a Chili Bowl festival thing in yet another building. Appaled, I made my way through the maze again and back down three more flights of stairs. I travelled to the other side of campus and to the second floor of yet another building. Amazingly, I found out that I had JUST missed her because she decided to leave early. So here I am... on the 2nd floor another damn building typing this while reading my late Paper. I've still got more to do...ffs
On a side note, I am planning to start my next story sometime this week - Most likely during the weekend. I haven't had much time for myself these past few weeks due to all my work, by some cruel act of god, being due just days from eachother....Just remembered I have a test thursday. I need a Mini Me.
Extra Side Note: Since I wasted one of my rare and valuable free hours searching the lands far and wide for my proffesor, I didn't get much work done - except for writing this. And now I'm off to my finaly class, and my favorite, Accounting. Perhaps that will cheer me up.

Peace

Weirdest thing ever.
Yesterday, I finally had saved enough money to buy a Dragonfire Shield. I looked in the forums and found someone who was selling the shield for a discount price and so I contacted him in Private Chat. He said he was selling it and to met him in Edgy. After he sold it to me, he asked me to take him the the Ge and so I did. Once there, he gave me a bunch of White Berries and told me to sell them on the ge and return the cash. I asked him why and he responded "I just want to see if I could trust you." And so I did as he asked and gave the money back. Afterwards, he gave me 100k and logged off. That's by far the weirdest person I've met on Runescape so far.
Dragonfire Shield is pretty awesome, by the way.

Saving for a Dragonfire Shield
Having reached my previous goal of 82 Runecrafting, I now have my sights on a purchasing a Dragonfire Shield. To acheive this, I will continue Runecrafting Astral Runes (I can make doubles now).
I'm actually close to having the right amount of gold. Currently, I have about 16m in cash but also have some more in Runes and P ess. I got 83 Rc a few days ago but I'm not too concerned with xp. People in my clanchat always ask me if I'm going for 99 and I just tell them that it's not really a goal for me but it would be nice. I guess if I had to set a new Rc goal it would be 91. With 91 Runecrafting, I would be able to craft double Nature Runes and thus earn much more gold.
Can't wait to get that shield though. It would be awesome to use my Claws and full Bandos with a Dfs in the Dueling arena or Castle Wars. Speaking of the Dueling Arena, I've started to dislike it now because of the Huge amounts of people there only wanting to stake. I used to like it when there wasn't so many people that I lagged out on a regular basis and when I could challenge someone to a friendly duel. I guess I'll just switch to Castle Wars and try to avoid being turned into a human popsicle.

Ideas for a Short Story?
Anyone want to share an idea for a short story? One of the things I think would be interesting is something to do with Zombies! However, it can't be your run-of-the-mill Zombie story. I'm thinking more along the lines of Zombies that live in the sewers or something and are oppressed by the Humans who live in the streets above. I sorta got the idea while watching a "Demolotion Man" which mainly takes place in a future city which has been dominated by a "Clean" society. The outcasts, who still practice the customs of the old days like gasoline cars, eating meat, smoking, etc, live in the sewers. Unfortunately, they don't have a very good food supply and are forced to surface occasionally and steal from Taco Bell (The only remaining restaurant).
The people who live in the sewers are desperate to migrate back up to the surface but they are considered filthy and unwanted by the Clean Society. Part of the movie deals with their attempts to take over the surface and live amoungst the others.
My idea for a short story would be something like the movie but with Zombies. Obviously, it's not going to be exactly like the movie but it will have some similarities. For now though, it's just an idea I have and is still lacking proper planning.
Thoughts?
Ideas?

Finished A Wizard's Tale (My Rs Story)
I actually finished this story about a week ago but I didn't post it here. I've been told that the ending was pretty great and not what was expected so I believe it would be an enjoyable read.
I've made the story itself much easier to read by adding spacings between each new paragraph and different dialogue. The way used to be is what you would typically see in books to where there is hardly any spacing between paragraphs. Instead they use indentations but it's really only useful for paper and is dificult to read on a computer.
Note: For some reason, the spaces won't save. Unfortunately, you'll probably have to squint often to read.
My story can be read in one sitting I'd say about 20-30 Minutes (Depending on your reading speed).
I'm also going to be making a LOT of edits, in order to improve the story. So any reviews/corrections will be enormously appreciated.
Don't forget to Follow my Blog because I will be adding more stories soon!
I have a few short stories as well.
My story can also be found in the Forums of RuneScape and Sa'ls Realm.
Please Enjoy!

The Loudest Shoe In The World! ¤_¤
My pair of shoes are very annoying. They make constant squeaking sounds each time I take a step. I'm told it's because they're so old. They're a pair of Mjs from 2005. So embarassing when I walk into a silent yet crowded room and the only sounds to be heard are the loud squeaks from my shoes as I walk by.
Anyone else have squeaky shoes?
...Reminds me of SpongeBob.

Runecrafting
Runecrafting is one of my favorite skills because it has the potential to make lots and lots of gold. Lately, I've been training it like a mad man to reach my goal of lvl 82. Currently, I have lvl 80 Rc, but have decided to take a break and train my Ranged.
I hate training Ranged, to be honest, but I love using it - especially in the Dueling Arena and Castle Wars. Yesterday, I lvld from 73 to 75 at Yaks, but soon after decided to try killing some Bloodvelds. Almost 76 atm.

My Toe Hurts...
Last night, I accidently jammed my foot into a toolbox. I took my sock off and found that my toe nail was falling off and my toe was bleeding. It's a little healed now but it still stings to walk on it. I look goofy, walking between classes.
Poetic Justice or No?
I just left my Film Appreciation class and finished watching the “Ice Harvest”. Afterwards, we watched one of the alternate endings which possessed Poetic Justice. For those who don’t know, Poetic Justice is the classic principle that Good triumphs over Evil.
This got me thinking about my story, A Wizard’s Tale, and the ending I have planned for it. Originally, my story was to have Poetic Justice (Spoiler Alert) in that James was to kill his friends, but then be overcome with grief and commit suicide. However, I believe that to be a little cliché.
(Spoiler Alert) The new ending I have in mind is that James takes the Tears of Guthix and brings it to Draynor, where he is supposed to meet the mysterious man. Unfortunately, the mysterious man has slipped some poison into James’s drink. James dies looking the man in the eyes and asking why he had betrayed him. The story ends as the man doesn’t respond and walks away from the bar with the Tears of Guthix.
I think that this new ending will have more of an emotional effect than James just simple offing himself, and perhaps would be even more tragic considering that James, who betrayed his friends, was betrayed himself by someone that he trusted. Is this Poetic Justice because James, who had turned against his friends, was killed at the end or is it not, considering that another evil force is free to wreck havoc? Which ending do you prefer?

The Green Hornet (2011)
Saturday, I went to the local theatre half expecting to be entertained by yet another Seth Rogen movie. However, within the first few minutes, I discovered that this particular movie was a much different, deeper movie than I had initially expected. The characters were excellent, the plot was engaging, and the fine blend of comedy, action, and drama makes this film truly stand out.
Seth Rogen’s character took on an emotional rollercoaster, always causing me to change my attitude towards him. At the beginning of the movie, I felt sorry for him, but as time progressed I began to very much dislike him. However, his character always held some likeable charm that prevented me from fully hating the character and, in the end, proved once again that he is a likable character. The same can be said for Kato, his “Sidekick”, if you’ve seen the movie you might get the joke :P, because he is ever changing and constantly sways our opinion of him. At one point, I absolutely despised Kato, but just as quick as I began to hate him, I began to like him once more.
The Green Hornet’s story is like that of the typical action flick, with its easy to follow plot, but this film is unique in that it is not solely an action movie. Dramatic moments allow the characters to show deeper feelings and to convey them with the audience which allows for excellent character building leading up to the shocking twist at the end. Yet is also riddled with comedy throughout - no one-liners… thank god - that very often filled the theatre with hearty laughter, but never disturbed the balance between action and drama which is what makes this film truly unique.
It’s difficult to find anything bad to say about The Green Hornet amid the title wave of great things. The uniqueness of this film, along with the great characters, makes it stand out amongst the other Action/Adventure, of which it was labeled, and sets the bar high for that particular genre and the rest of 2011.
However, the trailers shown before the movie seem to be promising. One film of which I’m very much looking forward to is Paul, starring Simon Pegg, which is about two people who discover and befriend an alien and their attempts to protect him from those trying to capture him. THOR also looks pretty interesting, but one movie of which I’m a bit skeptic about is Big Momma’s House: Like Father Like Son… I hope this one is better than the last disaster of a movie.

The Zombie Infection Spreads Further
Evidently, it’s flu season here because nearly everyone I know has a nasty cold-like sickness that turns my friends into a red nosed Zombie looking mess with fits of coughing and sneezing. The 20 something degree temperature doesn’t help in the slightest and being stuck in rooms filled with these zombie friends of mine is very unnerving.
A while back I had the bright idea to get a free flu shot, which may be the only thing keeping this infection at bay. I fear that I may soon fall victim to this plague and turn into one of…THEM! To gain an understanding of the fear that I feel, Picture this. You walk into your classroom and begin to chat with one of your friends. Your friend turns around and greets you with a sickly Zombie like face and a series of coughs. You then realize that everyone else around you looks nearly the same and the sound of sneezing is filling the room. Then your professor finally walks in the door with one of those masks that you typically see doctors wearing and all you can do is sit nervously in your chair and count the seconds until you’re released from class.
Got a funny story to tell about when you or someone else you know was sick? Know of some ways to avoid the Zombie infective disease? Then feel free to leave a comment.

The Bacon Theory
The Bacon Theory is that any actor/actress can be linked to another by appearences in movies. This theory originated because of Kevin Bacon's appearences in many high profile movies, such as Apollo 13, along with many many other actors and actresses. There even used to be a game show to where the contestants had to link a specific actor/actress to Kevin Bacon by using the Six Degrees of Bacon. An actor is given a Bacon Degree based on how many movies it took to link an actor/actress to Kevin Bacon. For example, Bill Murray was in "Wild Things" with Kevin Bacon and therofore has a Bacon Degree of 1 because he worked directly with Kevin Bacnon. Simon Pegg was in "Mission Impossible III" with Laurence Fishbourne who was in "Mystic River" with Kevin Bacon and therofore Simon Pegg has a Bacon Degree of 2 because he is linked to Kevin Bacon by two movies. It is said that only 12% of Actors/Actresses cannot be linked to Kevin Bacon... shocking isn't it?
This can be applied to other actors, instead of using Kevin Bacon. For example, using Ben Stiller and Tom Hanks, Tom Hanks was in "Toy Story 3" with Whoopie Goldberg who was in "Pauly Shore is Dead" with Ben Stiller.
To make this very easy and fun, use oracleofbacon.org to link your favorite actors and see how high their Bacon Degrees are. Have fun!

The Ancient Prison, Nex's lair is finally discovered
Deep in the Godwars Dungeon lies Nex, the general for Zaros, who dwells in the oldest part of the dungeon, The Ancient Prison. The only way to access Nex's lair is to unlock the door by using the Frozen Key which is split into four peices and held by only the most trusted servants of each GWD boss. To obtain the key, you must slay the monsters in the dungeons of each boss (Not the Boss room itself) and use them to unlock the Frozen door leading to Zaro's lair. Just when you think you have finally reached Nex, you must slay an additional 40 monsters to unlock the Boss room door. Nex is supposed to be the most formidable foe yet, rumored to be the strongest boss so far!, and drops what is perhaps the most unique items in the game. Nex can drop rare, unique items of the melee, ranged, and even mage classes!
Advenurers be warned! Zaras is not only extreamly difficult to reach, but is immensely difficult to defeat aswell. Even the most battle hardened warrior should not dare venture into the Frozen lair of Nex alone. Always bring a few friends with you to insure that you surrive and don't lose your precious items. The Ancient Prison offers a wide range of rare, unique items so rare drops should be more common than the other Bosses. One drop that is vastly desired by rangers is the Zaryte Bow, which is similar to the Crystal Bow in that it doesn't require any arrows BUT the Zaryte Bow doesn't Degrade!!! The other rare drops from the Ancient Prision include the Torva (Melee), Pernix (Ranged), and Virtus (Magic) Armour sets, all of which can provide you with an amazing boost of Life Points with a max boost of 400 Life Points! There is also the much coveted Ancient Cerimonial Robes, which are purely cosmetic, that only the most deserving adventurers may wear.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day
MLK day is coming up this next week and with this comes many opurtunities to give back to your communities. I am volunteering in a MLK Day of Service for my college and I encourage you to volunteer for something, it doesn't matter if it's a small service or a very large one, but please give back to your communities.
First class (Film Appreciation)
I had my first class today which was Film Appreciation, of which I had to walk to an off-Campus building and freeze my ass off because my car wouldn't start lolz. This class is supposed to teach the student how to appreciate and analyize Movies as an art form. From what the professor said, we have 10 chapters that we will go over with a quiz at the end of each (We can take it twice!) and 10 Film tests that we take which will coincide with each chapter.
One thing that my professor said that I found very shocking was that, since this class is fairly new, they haven't yet standardized what films to present in class. According to him, in the previous years, there were some videos that were rated X to appreciate the "Artwork"! =O Rofl, what the hell were they thinking? But apparently they have now set a limit to films being Rated R at the max.
I am very excited about this class because I very much enjoy films and learning how to appreciate them as an art form is very interesting to me. Also... it counts as a Humanities credit for my General Education credits. Ha Ha =) The professor reminded me of Fonzie and Adam Richman from "Man v Food", because of his leather jacket and hair straight from the 50's. He also entered the room "Fashionably Late", *cough* 15 minutes, and started violently grabbing a nearby desk and table which made my friend to make a funny observation and said "Haha this guy looks like a badass."
I am largly considering to start a blog that will hold any movies that we view in my class, or just ones I like, aswell as my thoughts and analyses because I wish to share whatever knowledge I can gain from this class with whoever cares to listen. So if you're interested in Films or just want learn about the artwork of film making, stay tuned for my next blog. For now, I'm going to read up on my textbook and head to my next class in an hour... on the sixth floor with the elevator shut down for mantaince. Nooooo!
Aside from the goofy professor and loads of familar faces in this class, I believe this will be one the classes I will enjoy the most during this "Spring" Semester.

1st day of school iced out
Yesterday, my spring sememster has started and classes were to have begun. However, it was also a chilly 27 degrees out and had been snowing and icing since the day before which caused my classes to be cancelled. I had been looking forward to attending class so I walked to the bookstore to purchase all of my textbooks which cost 815 Dollars!!!! =O. Luckily, I have good financial aid which will cover the rather large expense...phew.
When I got back home, I just flipped on the television and watched "Kingpin" which is a pretty good comedy, but also is balanced with some rather serious moments that makes for an all-around great movie. It stars Woody Harrison, Bill Murray, and some other guy.
When the movie ended, I had saw a preview of the latest movie, "The Green Hornet" which stars Seth Rogen, which comes to theatres this Friday. I'm pretty interested and may see if I can get a few of my friends to come with me. Luckily for me, a friend of mine works at the local movie theatre here and can hook me up with some free Popcorn!
If anyone has any movies that are good, whether it be in theatres or DvD, let me know and I'll see if I can find it somewhere. I may be making a new blog dedicated to movies/books that I have recently seen and my thoughts about them.

Runescape: Betrayal at Falador
Runescape Betrayal at Falador is a Fantasy novel written by T.S. Church and set in the lands of Runescape. This is the only novel written about Runescape, but there is a sequel which will be released in the upcoming months.
When I first heard of this book I never thought much of it, but I heard some good things and it just caught my interest. Last month, I ordered the paper back (wishI had ordered the Hard back cover) and had previously printed off the first chapter from the author's website (click Here to read the first chapter) so I had skipped to the second chapter and began what would be a long day of reading.
The book was very interesting, so infact that I read about 200 pages and finished the book the next day! =O, and just couldn't put the book down. The characters were likeable and the adventors were very interesting. The plot was engaging and seemed very well thought out with twists to the story that would suprise even the most experienced readers. But, perhaps my most favorite thing about the book was that it brought a new experience of Runescape to me and the excellent descriptive language made me think back to my Noob days when I had first discovered new areas, items, monsters, characters, and so much more. The story breathes life into many of Runescape's characters and makes them very likeable people with unique personalities. Characters such as Doric, the lonely Dwarven smith living on the outskirts of Falador, are likeable and places like Falador and Taverly have rich enviornments that makes each unique and instills a beatuiful image in your mind that contrasts greatly to plain looking stlye presented in the game itself.
The only things that I found dissapointing were the final battle and Some of the characters seemed to not be fully developed (some more character building was needed.) The final battle seemed like it was forever long and caused me to get lost on occasion. Also was that some of the main characters wern't fully developed and Zamorak's unconvincing attempt to turn Kara to the Dark Side. I think more time was needed developing a few more characters and less time with the final battle which seemed to drag on at times.
Overall, Betrayal at Falador was an excellent book which was well written (especially for a first time Novelist) and the story captivated the reader, never letting go. If you're a Runescape player or just enjoy reading Fantasy books, this novel is a must read. This is also a great starter book in the Fantasy Genre. To order the book, I recomment using Amazon.com because it only takes a few days to arrive...or just see if it's available at your local bookstore/library.

Spring Semester
Today is Janurary the 6th which means that I have four days left untill I start the Spring Semester. I'm actually quite excited about this because I am taking the first classes in my major (Accounting.) I'm also looking forward to taking Film Appreciation of which I had heard good things and would finish my Hummanities credits for my Gen Eds... finally. However, I am not so psyched about my Freshman Comp II class. From what I've heard, the proffessor I've taken is one of the worst- I'll try to get another- and theres a 15 Page essay for the final exam...ffs. I enjoy writing at my own pace and over whatever I choose, but I'm not too fond of having deadlines and being told what to write about, after all, who is?

Wilderness and Unbalanced Trades are Back
Well it seems as if Jagex is bringing back the old Wild and free trading...freggin hippocrites lol. Personally, I am very excited that the Wild is coming back. I hated having to switch worlds to Erase some random person and hopefully gain some nice loot, but I can once again waltz right into the Wild to happily pk whevever it pleases me. The only thing I don't necessarly like is that I can no longer make an easy trip to the agility course, sprint towards the Runite, or slay some dragons without constantly looking out for pkers.
I'm quite worried about the return of Unbalanced Trading though. With this update, the plague of the Bots may reuturn to haunt us. However, Jagex may be counting on their excellent bot-detection system of theirs to deal with what ever bots may arrive. Still, I am pleased that I could finally lend out my items without throwing in a load of Junk.
If theres one thing I can fully appreciate from the Old Wild returning it is the fact that everyone in the forums will shut the hell up about it =P.

If theres one thing I can fully appreciate from the Old Wild returning it is the fact that everyone in the forums will shut the hell up about it =P.
My Runescape Withdrawal
This is my first ever blog so bearwith me if the layout isn't all that great, lol. To start, I enjoy playing Runescape and have played since 06. However, for the past three months, I have not played at all. I seem to be going though the dreaded "Runescape Withdrawal!"
To keep me busy during my would be Runescape Time, I write madlibs and have recently started creating a Runescape Company. Some of you may be wondering what exactly a Runescape company is and how they work. It's rather simple and are very fun to be a part of. A Runescape company is a made up company that is posted on the official Runescape Forums and offers a variety of services to their customers. The company that I am creating is a skilling supply delivery company in that customers post an order for an amount of an item (for example, Astral Runes.) Then our employees collect and sell them.
I began making this company to deal with my RS Withdrawal after I had lost my internet connection and resigned from the company that I was employeed in (The Ultimate Company). These companies offer loads of fun and great people to have conversations with.
The madlibs I make are loads of fun to not only write but also to play. Many of my madlibs are Runescape themed and tend to be quite comical. Infact, I used to have a thread (Here Be Madlibs) on the Runescape Forums which had over 300 posts!
I may add some of my madlibs later, but in the mean time please comment if you have ever gone through Runescape Withdrawal and what you did to pass your time. Thats my post for today and in the words of a famous pig.... "T-T-That's All Folks!"
